Terms of service

Flight Alerts monitors live aircraft traffic (ADS-B data) and sends you a notification — on your phone or on Telegram — shortly before an aircraft you are interested in passes near a place you chose, with the notice time you set.

• Base plan: €9.70 per year (VAT included), up to 3 watches, up to 15 minutes' notice.
• Pro plan: €29.90 per year (VAT included), unlimited watches, up to 60 minutes' notice.
• Every new account can try the service free for 7 days — no credit card required. The trial can be used only once per person.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every year. You can cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• Prices are shown in euro; Stripe may show and charge them in your local currency.

Watches cover a radius from 1 to 200 km around the chosen place and aircraft up to 45,000 feet of altitude. One account per person; sharing credentials or reselling the service is not allowed.

Aircraft data comes from community ADS-B open-data networks. This data can be incomplete, delayed or absent, and aircraft can change course: Flight Alerts therefore cannot guarantee that every pass will be detected or that every notification will arrive exactly on time. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You can delete your watches and your account at any time from the settings. We store only what is needed to run the service (watches, notification channels, subscription status).

We may suspend accounts used abusively (for example automated scraping or fraud). If we ever have to shut the service down, we will notify active subscribers in advance by email or Telegram.
